Anthony J. Foschi joined the Firm in 1994 and became a shareholder in 1997. He is a member of the Firm's Corporate and Financial Services Department. Mr. Foschi's practice emphasizes wills, trusts, estate planning, corporate and business law, commercial law, residential and commercial real estate transactions, development of real property and the representation of building contractors on zoning and land use development issues. His practice also emphasizes working with businesses and individuals on a variety of legal issues including business structure, organization and acquisition; contract negotiation, preparation and review; collection; administrative appeals and municipal law; election law; long range planning; limited liability companies; trade associations; RESPA; Fair Credit Reporting Act; Equal Credit Opportunity Act; loan documentation and the Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Foschi is assistant general counsel to the Pennsylvania Tourism & Lodging Association, Pennsylvania Automotive Recycling Trade Society and the Pennsylvania Logo Signing Trust Program. He has written articles on 1031 Like Kind Exchanges under the Internal Revenue Code, Commercial Real Estate "Workout" Issues and Pennsylvania's Land Recycling Standards Act. Mr. Foschi is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is a licensed agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Mr. Foschi received his Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. He received his B.A. in Political Science and A.S. in Management, cum laude, from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. |
