Mr. Gray has represented official and ad hoc creditors' and equity security holders' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset and distressed debt purchasers, trustees, debtors, equity security holders, and other significant parties in a variety of transactions, out-of-court work-outs, litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Gray has also designed and implemented bankruptcy-remote special purpose entity structures in connection with structured and securitized transactions.

o Represented an ad hoc committee of holders of preferred securities and common stock in the Chapter 11 case of Owens Corning
