As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bryant oversees the financial activities of the company including accounting and control, treasury/cash management, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, credit and collections, accounts payable, merchants payable, document imaging and acts as liaison to the SunTrust Controller's Group and Strategic Finance Group.
Mr. Bryant came to Fleet One� in the fall of 2000 from its affiliate, the National Bank of Commerce (the bank). The bank was acquired by SunTrust Banks, Inc in 2004. At the bank, Bryant served as Manager of Financial Analysis. Prior to joining the bank, he spent 13 years as an auditor with Ernst & Young LLP, Memphis, TN. He served a variety of publicly traded clients primarily involved in financial services such as Morgan Keegan, National Commerce Financial and Concord EFS. He worked in the accounting and financial reporting aspects of registration statements for security offerings.
Mr. Bryant earned his BSBA at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in May of 1985 and completed the CPA exam at that time as well. He is the Division E Governor (Nashville Clubs) for the District 63 Toastmasters Clubs of Toastmasters International.
He mentors the newly formed Fleet One Toastmasters Club and is the Immediate Past President of the Music City Toastmasters Club.
