Mr. Grisanti is responsible for Netsmart�s financial, budgeting and cash management processes and human resources. He also oversees preparation and filing of the company�s financial statements, and provision of company performance and financial information to analysts and the investment community.
Mr. Grisanti also assists the company�s executive committee with development of business objectives, acquisition strategy and in new business opportunities.
Prior to joining Netsmart in 1994, Mr. Grisanti worked as a CPA for several accounting firms and served for 18 years as treasurer of Advanced Computer Techniques Corporation.Mr. Grisanti received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a major in public accounting from Pace University |
