Anthony A. Vasconcellos, a certified public accountant, served as an auditor for the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand from July 1987 to September 1991. From October 1991 to September 1998, he was a senior financial and accounting manager with LensCrafters, Cincinnati, Ohio and Toronto, Ontario, Canada, a company with 800 retail stores and $1.2 billion in revenues. From February 1992 to March 1994, Mr. Vasconcellos served as Controller of LensCrafters� Canadian subsidiary. In September 1998, he joined Regent Communications, a Company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, which owns and operates 74 radio stations nationally, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO.
Mr. Vasconcellos was elected to the Board of Directors of the Broadcast Cable Financial Management Association [BCFM] in 2001, the organization which is composed of and represents financial professionals in the industry. In 2004 he was elected to the Board�s Executive Committee and currently serves in the capacity of Secretary.
