Mr. Wauterlek has served as a Director of the Company since November 2002. He has managed Ritchie Wauterlek Asset Management, a private venture capital group located in Chicago, Illinois, and served as an advisor/director of the Prince Corporation.
Mr. Wauterlek obtained his BSBA from Roosevelt University and University of Illinois, and his MA from East Carolina University. |
