Anthony Willis has spent the past thirty years in the investment business including investment banking, public finance and mergers and acquisitions including working at firms such as A.G. Edwards, SBK Brooks and Anthony Willis and Associates that has provided consulting services to healthcare, technology and service, and manufacturing companies. Anthony has over twenty five years of experience in providing various forms of housing and commercial real estate financing including being the investment banker for some of the largest public housing financing agencies in the US. He brings to bear experience in private placements, capital markets, advance refunding techniques and problem solving. Anthony received a BA in Finance at Boston University. In addition, he has completed a number of advanced programs, including programs in restructuring distressed companies, tax credit and low/moderate multifamily and single family housing bond finance programs. |
