April�s practice is devoted to labor and employment law. She advises and represents employers on a variety of issues and emphasizes preventative advice and employment law compliance. April also represents employers in state and federal court and before various administrative tribunals such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. April�s areas of emphasis include employment litigation, wrongful discharge, union-management issues, employee discipline and termination, employment discrimination and harassment, accommodation, wage and hour compliance and litigation, employee handbooks and employment policies.
