April joined the Claddagh Resources in 1999 and currently manages all recruitment delivery globally with a team of Account Directors. With over 10 years in the human resources industry, April brings a depth of experience to our management team working with a cross industry cross section of clients.During her tenure at Claddagh, she has excelled in managing various outsourced recruiting initiatives, several national sales force recruitment projects, placement of high level executives and been the driving force behind our systems and process development. Prior to joining Claddagh, April spent over five years in the human resources consulting industry, primarily focusing on outplacement and best practices for hiring and retention. She has a Bachelor's degree from GA State University and is a member of National Association of Female Executives and Atlanta Women in Business.
