Aravind has been working on various aspects of speech recognition technology for the past 8 years. Since joining Conversay he has helped transform Conversay technology to a state-of-the-art level in terms of noise robustness and other vital features that make Conversay products perform exceptionally well in real-world situations. Aravind currently heads the core technology team focused on developing next-generation speech recognition and human-computer interaction techniques. Aravind s research interests primarily include providing technology for limited-resource platforms using statistical techniques, signal processing, pattern recognition and cognitive science. He is a member of the IEEE and a reviewer for journals in the signal processing area. He received his MS and Ph.D. degrees from Mississippi State University. |
