Mr. Clemins is a venture partner with Highway 12 Ventures and is the founder and president of Caribou Technologies, Inc., an international consulting firm. Mr. Clemins currently serves on the Board of Directors for Global Crossing, Extended Systems, Heathwise and The Software Revolution. He has extensive experience in alliance building, with a focus on business opportunities within the government, where commercial technology presents optimum enterprise solutions. He was commissioned into the U.S. Navy through the University of Illinois naval reserve officer's training program; he completed the naval nuclear power program and served on ballistic missile and attack submarines prior to his command of the USS Pogy. He received a B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois. |
