Ms. Ades' experience includes the management of Pitney Bowes' largest corporate accounts as a 'cradle to grave' manager of business organization. Being a very process-driven individual, Arlene has managed teams to higher performance levels and used her keen analytical capacity to help clients drive out non-value-added steps from their organizations.
