Armando Vizcaino, Senior Audit Partner with Ocariz, Gitlin & Zomerfeld, is a highly respected expert on Audits in both the public and private sector and frequent speaker on the Single Audit Act and the issue of auditing under governmental standards.
Mr. Vizcaino graduated from the University of Miami in 1973 following service in the armed forces and worked with one of the top national firms for seven years. He has been a Partner in charge of Audits in both the public and private sector since 1980.
Mr. Vizcaino is a former Chairman of the Quality Control Committee of the Affiliated Conference of Practicing Accountants International, a past President of the Cuban American CPA Association, and a past Member of the Peer Review Acceptance Committee of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
