Arne B. Sandberg is a senior attorney in the San Ramon office. Mr. Sandberg represents public agencies in construction disputes and complex property cases. He has litigated on behalf of public agencies since 1993. Prior to joining Lozano Smith, Mr. Sandberg was a principal with Meyers Nave Riback Silver & Wilson, where he developed and managed that firm's public works construction disputes and litigation practice group.
