After graduating from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications and his esteemed military service, Arnie began his business career in Hartford, Connecticut as a sales representative for Massachusetts General Life Insurance Company. Less than 10 years later, he had risen to Vice President of Marketing.Arnie enjoys an international reputation as an expert in both fully insured and self-funded plans and is often invited to speak to industry organizations and business associations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several organizations, including Moss Rehabilitation Hospital, Belmont Institute, the Police Athletic League, and Albert Einstein Medical Center.
