Arnon Tiberg has served as a Director of Delta Galil since March, 2006. He served as Delta Galil's President and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 until January 2006. Mr. Tiberg previously served as a Director of Delta Galil from 1990 until becoming the Chief Executive Officer in 1996. He is presently a Director of Nilit Ltd., Strauss-Elite Holding Ltd., Kali Insurance Agency Ltd., and The First International Bank of Israel Ltd. Mr. Tiberg is also a member of the Executive Council of the Association of Publicly Traded Companies (of The
