Art Frazier is a Senior Program Manager with Clement & Wynn Program Managers, and has 21 years of professional experience with a focus on the delivery of technically complex projects to the satisfaction of the end users. Art has demonstrated strengths in team building, developing/executing work plans and creative problem solving. He has a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that achieve project goals. Prior to joining Clement & Wynn, he served as the Interim Director of Project Management & Construction at Emory University, and for three years earlier as Capital Program Manager of the Facilities Management Division.
