Mr. Valhuerdi is the Vice President of Infrastructure. From 1990 to 2000 he held various engineering and construction management positions within Bell Atlantic. Mr. Valhuerdi has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College and an M.S. in Information Systems from Polytechnic University as well as a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is also certified as a Project Management Professional. |
