Arthur Yoshinami serves as Executive Vice President in the firm�s Tokyo office. Prior to joining DHR International he was a Principal with Heidrick & Struggles, where he focused on placing executives in senior management positions for major global/multinational corporations in the consumer products, consumer financial services and travel related service industries. He also co-led the Human Resource Practice in the Tokyo Office. Previous to that, Mr. Yoshinami was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific, for LEGO Group, where he oversaw sales, marketing and operations of the region and directly managed Japan. He also served as Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International�s Tokyo office heading the Consumer Goods Practice. Prior to this, Mr. Yoshinami spent 17 years at American Express International�s Card Service in Tokyo, leading many teams in marketing, sales, operations and financial services. Mr. Yoshinami holds a Master�s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. He earned his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University.
