Specialization: Sales, Leasing and Redevelopment of Retail and Investment Properties
Arthur moved to Clearwater from the Boston area of Massachusetts in 1998. He is a graduate of the University Of Lowell.
He has been involved different aspects of real estate since 1988 specializing in sales, leasing and property management of Real Estate. He specializes in working with local and national retailers in relocating or expanding in the Tampa Bay Market. He has also sold various investment properties (Retail Centers and Net Leased Investments).
Arthur successfully obtained his Florida Broker's License in July 2002.
Arthur continues to pursue his CCIM designation by completing the educational courses, and is consistently attending the International Council of Shopping Centers and Retailer One on One seminar�s.
Arthur was the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors 2002 #4 top producer in retail.
In Arthur�s free time he volunteers and is a parish council member of the Greek Orthodox Church in Clearwater. |
