Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring
Arturo A. Thomspon is an Associate in the Firm and works primarily in the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation practice groups. Mr. Thompson represents corporate debtors, acquirers and investors, significant creditors and commercial litigants. His experience includes restructuring engagements in the retail, mining, real estate development, agriculture and printing industries; as well as general commercial litigation including work defending against trade dress and patent infringement claims. He also has experience in the area of clean elections law in Arizona and Missouri.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Thompson worked for 13 years in the marketing and communications industry consulting to various Fortune 500 companies, as well as teaching at the collegiate level.
