Arturo Carrillo is a senior associate in the Global Securities Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. He is located in the New York office and specializes in the areas of corporate and securities law. He has represented private and state-owned foreign companies, investment banks, bank groups and sovereign states in cross-border capital markets and liability management transactions, structured financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on Latin American matters.
In addition, Mr. Carrillo has significant experience with European corporate and capital markets transactions as he practiced as a New York lawyer while located in Rome, Italy from 2001 through 2004.
Mr. Carrillo received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School in 1997 and his B.B.A. in Accounting with highest honors from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1994. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1998.
Mr. Carrillo is a native English and Spanish speaker and is fluent in Italian. |
