Mr. Cazares has an extensive and successful background in building and leading global sales organizations. Prior to joining Firetide, Mr. Cazares was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Packeteer Corporation, where he drove the company's revenue growth 30 percent per year for three consecutive years to over $150 million and built a 170-strong sales force. Before Packeteer, Cazares was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Menlo Worldwide and, prior to that, he spent over 10 years at 3Com Corporation in a number of senior sales management positions including Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Services - Business Connectivity Company; Senior Vice President and General Manager EMEA, and Vice President and General Manager, Americas International. At 3Com, Cazares was responsible for a $2 billion sales organization with over 1,200 professionals. Mr. Cazares holds both MBA and BSEE degrees from Stanford University. |
