As a part of her commercial and business litigation practice, Ms. Swink represents and advises clients on matters including contractual disputes, banking law, securities/shareholder disputes, products liability suits and sales representation litigation. Her employment practice includes assisting clients in drafting employment policies, procedures and handbooks and often works with employers on issues involving technology in the workplace. She is routinely asked to consult on best practices for document retention and e-discovery. In addition, Ms. Swink regularly defends employers against charges filed with the EEOC and in litigation involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, age discrimination and retaliatory discharge.
