Ashley Commins concentrates her practice in the areas of tax, corporate, and exempt organizations. Her tax practice involves the structuring and effecting of business transactions and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and other business entities. She provides advice to public charities and private foundations regarding qualification for tax-exempt status, the tax effect of proposed transactions and compliance issues. Ms. Commins also advises clients on the design and implementation of executive compensation arrangements and the implications of changes in plan structure.
