Ashley graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2004, earning her J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law Studies. During law school, Ashley was an Associate for the Louisiana Law Review, a student member of the Wex Malone Inns of Court, and received awards for Highest Class Standing in Torts, Bankruptcy, Administration of Criminal Justice I, and Louisiana Civil Procedure I. She also graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. Ashley was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2004 and is admitted to practice in the Eastern, Western, and Middle District Courts of Louisiana as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. As part of the Bankruptcy practice group, Ashley has co-authored numerous bankruptcy seminar papers which have been presented throughout the country and which focus on a variety of issues that arise within the bankruptcy context. Her practice centers on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. |
