Ashley Blows joined Assured Guaranty (UK) Ltd. in September 2004 to set up and lead its Infrastructure Finance team. Based in London, the team is active across a range of markets (including the United Kingdom�s Private Finance Initiative, similar developments elsewhere, transportation, renewable energy, etc) in the infrastructure and regulated utilities sectors. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty, Ashley was Head of Project Finance for almost nine years at Dexia Public Finance Bank, having established that team in early 1996. Prior to Dexia, Ashley was at NatWest Markets, the final four years of which were spent in the Project Advisory team, providing financial advisory services to public and private sector clients in respect of infrastructure projects.
Ashley has a BA (Hons) degree in Spanish and Business Studies from the University of Sheffield, England.
