Ashok Kumar is a senior analyst with a focus on Technology. He joined CRT Capital Group in May, 2007. Mr. Kumar was the sen-ior semiconductor and enterprise hardware analyst at Raymond James for three years before joining CRT Capital Group, and also held senior analyst positions with Piper Jaffray, and Southcoast Capital, and was an analyst at Prudential Securities. Prior to his career as a research analyst, Mr. Kumar held engineering and marketing positions at Intel. Mr. Kumar received a bachelor's degree in engineering, as a Distinguished Graduate, from the Indian Institute of Technology, a master's degree in electrical engineering Summa Cum Laude from Purdue University, and a master's degree in busi-ness administration, graduating with Distinction, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
