Audrey Hendler has a 20-year marketing career in the service sector, much of which she spent in the financial services and the airline industries as they were being deregulated. Audrey spent over 13 years at Citibank in Retail and Credit card assignments both domestically and internationally. She managed a number of leading co-brand credit cards and was responsible for several new card launches. She has extensive experience in product marketing, consumer research, direct marketing, customer segmentation, relationship development and alliance marketing. Audrey also brings five years of marketing consulting experience including that from her own firm serving both financial and non-financial services clients, on and offline. Ms. Hendler received her MBA in Marketing from the University of Michigan. |
