Auren Lopez serves as Executive Vice President in the firm�s Mexico City office. He has had a successful career working for leading corporations with a clear focus is marketing, business development, advertising and business intelligence. He has carried out market research to select potential strategic alliances, being in charge of discussions, negotiations and review of the diverse arrangements, as well as of ensuring an adequate commercial development of these alliances and handling all required advertising materials and events. Prior to joining DHR International, Auren worked at a leading Mexico-based consulting firm where he was responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which involved handling the automated control and monitoring of customers� portfolio systems through Microsoft Outlook. He was also in charge of providing training to officers and sales personnel; correcting and debugging the CRM database; establishing contact, carrying out the implementation and providing follow-up to the media which included competitive activities, market trends, and business opportunities identification. Previous to that, Auren was Marketing Coordinator for Aerov�as de M�xico Premier Club where he was responsible for managing the frequent flier program, coordinating diverse promotional events, and launching diverse promotions focused in the youth segment of the market. He also negotiated and established strategic alliances with several companies and organizations as well as with the most important universities of Mexico. Additionally, he acted as Sales Executive for Lagente.com, a human resources Internet portal where he was responsible for making all presentations to potential customers, promoting and publicizing the events held by the portal, and market analysis and research for sales generation purposes. Auren earned a BS in Communication from Universidad An�huac del Norte in 2001 and is a bilingual and bicultural executive, with intermediate knowledge of the Portuguese language. |
