Bansi has more than 30 years experience in general management, strategic sales planning, forecasting and business development in U.S. and international markets. Throughout his career, he has excelled in forging alliances, training effective sales forces, establishing OEM distributorships and developing strategies for increasing profitability. He has also demonstrated success in managing turnarounds, opening markets and introducing new products, with particular expertise in the photofinishing industry.
As Director of International Sales at Sienna Imaging, Bansi increased international sales from $500,000 to $5 million in one year (1999-2000). As Director of Marketing and Sales at Sienna Imaging, which was acquired by Gretag, Bansi grew revenue from $3.5 million to $50 million in five years (1994-1999). At Metrum, Inc., a Honeywell spin-off, he managed new product introductions in photofinishing, and developed marketing plans that generated a $3.5 million revenue stream in two years. |
