Barbara Santoro was elected vice president - corporate governance and secretary of Ingersoll Rand in December 2004. Before being named vice president she was deputy general counsel - transactions and assistant secretary and prior to being deputy general counsel she was assistant general counsel for the company.
Barbara joined Ingersoll Rand in 1996. Before joining Ingersoll Rand she served as associate general counsel at Degussa Corporation and was an attorney at the law firms of White & Case and Olwine Connelly Chase O'Donnell and Weyher in New York.
Barbara received a bachelor of science degree from Arizona State University in 1979. She also earned a juris doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1984.
Barbara holds membership in the American Bar Association the American Counsel Association and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries. |
