Barbara Campbell, CPM�, is Vice President, Retail Development and Leasing for Outrigger Enterprises Group.
Ms. Campbell oversees retail development and leasing for Outrigger's commercial and hotel properties, including the entertainment and retail portion of Outrigger's new Waikiki Beach WalkTM project.
Prior to joining Outrigger, Ms. Campbell was President and Chief Executive Officer of DGM Group, Inc., responsible for the leasing, management and marketing of major office buildings and shopping centers in Hawaii and Guam, including Waikele Center and Guam Premium Outlets. In her 30-year career in property management, she has held positions with companies in Washington D.C., California, Denver and Hawaii.
Ms. Campbell is past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management, in 1993 and 2001 respectively. She was recently appointed to the Honolulu City & County's Asset Management Review Team, and State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers for which she also serves as a member.
Ms. Campbell serves on the boards of a number of civic and community organizations including Friends of the Waikiki Aquarium, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Foundation, advisory committee of the City's Partnership for the Environment, and the Rotary Club of Honolulu Foundation. She also is a member of the Retail Merchants of Hawaii, Les Dames D'Escoffier, National Association of Industrial & Office Parks (NAIOP), IREM and the Rotary Club of Honolulu.
Ms. Campbell studied at Allegheny College in Pennsylvania and the American University in Washington, D.C. In 1985, she became a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Property Management. |
