She also counsels medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers on general corporate matters. Representative Experience Served as part-time in-house counsel for a midsize pharmaceutical manufacturer, developing standard sales, supply and manufacturing agreements.Developed standard agreements for all phases of clinical trials for a pharmaceutical manufacturer.Drafted and assisted in negotiating a contractual joint-venture arrangement for the European manufacture of a vaccine developed in the U.S.Drafted complex agreements related to design services, product development services, and supply and distribution for medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.Advised health plan providers on new regulatory requirements relating to Medicare managed care and Medicare Part D.
