Barbara R. Hartung Barbara's practice concentrates in insurance law. She advises both health and property and casualty insurers on regulatory issues arising under state and federal law, including administrative hearings, licensure and general requirements of insurance laws. She also advises both insurers and insureds regarding coverage and policy interpretation.
