Mr. Bova is a Managing Partner and has been in the retained executive search business for (35) years. Prior to joining Lindsey & Co. he was a Senior Partner with Kingsbury Wax Bova, LLC where he developed a substantial search practice in the financial management markets. Mr. Bova started his professional career with Federated Dept Stores in New York City where he held various senior financial positions. Mr. Bova is a graduate of Davis and Elkins College and served as a First Lieutenant in the Marine Corps. Mr. Bova resides in Sayville, NY. |
