Mr. Connelly serves as a credit information consultant to foreign governments and financial services organizations around the world. He is a director on the board of Collection House LTD and is chairman and director of Australian Business Research LTD a subsidiary of Collection House LTD. With European partners he organized the Global Consumer Credit Reporting Network bringing together consumer-reporting companies from more than 34 countries. In December 2002 he retired from the Consumer Data Industry Association after 33 years of service including eight years as president. During his tenure with CDIA he was a principal contributor in drafting the first Fair Credit Reporting Act in 1970 and its successor in 1997. He has been retained by numerous organizations in state and federal courts as an expert witness in FCRA cases. Mr. Connelly graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. |
