Barry McGrath provides counsel on domestic and international transportation matters. He has many years of experience in negotiating and drafting transportation contracts, asset acquisitions, operating agreements and labor agreements. He litigates transportation and labor cases at the administrative level and in trial and appellate courts locally and nationally.
Barry has a broad background in resolving a wide variety of transportation industry disputes.
