As Optasite's Chief Financial Officer, M. Beau Paradowski brings more than 15 years of financial management experience to this position and oversees all accounting, finance and treasury activities for the Company. Beau joined Optasite after serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Clearwire Technologies, Inc., a broadband wireless access provider with more than $100 million of equity investment from Goldman Sachs, Liberty Associated, and others.
Just prior to joining Clearwire, Beau served as Vice President of Finance for Novo Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: NVNW), a telecommunications business focused on voice and data transport. Prior to his work at Novo, he served as Vice President for Marcus & Partners, a private investment group, where he was involved in strategic development, and review of business opportunities. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance for AMFM Interactive, Inc., Chancellor Media's Internet initiative, now Clear Channel Communications, Inc. (NYSE: CCU). Prior to AMFM Interactive, he served in various finance and accounting positions with Marcus Cable Company, the largest privately held cable television operator in the United States prior to its sale to Paul Allen for $3 billion in 1998. Beau began his career in public accounting where he spent over 3 years working in the audit practice at Coopers & Lybrand, now PriceWaterhouseCoopers.Beau is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting Degree with honors from Texas A&M University. |
