Becky Patel has worked in every area of the LISI business since joining LISI in 1985. After becoming Vice President of LISI in 1994, Becky was then promoted to President of LISI in September of 2004.Becky has helped create and fine-tune each department at LISI from customer service, underwriting and sales, to HR and IT. Without question, she is attributed with building and managing the amazing LISI team, developing invaluable relationships with carriers, and creating sales models, products and services beyond the industry standard. Becky�s nearly two decades of service at LISI have made her a key figure in not only making LISI what it is today, but also shaping the General Agency market in California. In addition to her accomplishments at LISI, Becky developed LISI�s affiliate, CoPower, Inc. (formerly the California Employers� Benefits Alliance). Known for her acute business savvy and motivating management style, Becky considers the needs of the broker her top priority. Her talented, service-oriented team is testimony to this strong commitment. Becky will continue to guide the development of new solutions for brokers, ranging from unique products and services, special events and educational opportunities, to customized sales support and more.Becky and her husband Peter live on the peninsula with their two boys.
