Bel�n Serra, Associate Director in the Barcelona office, has a BS in Pedagogy from the Barcelona University. Before joining Bao & Partners Signium, Bel�n worked in two of the most important Headhunting companies; she was a Senior Associate in Heidrick & Struggles and a Consultant in Seeliger and Conde.
