As Kirby-Smith Machinery's crane division manager, Ben Graham oversees all crane products and services-related operations, including the development of dealership customer support. Ben also is responsible for developing new sales territories as Kirby-Smith Machinery expands its crane product line and target markets.
He joined the company in 2000, as the Oklahoma City branch manager. His experience includes branch and territory management positions with ACM Equipment, a Grove and Manitowoc dealer, in New Mexico, Arizona, West Texas and Nevada.
Ben is a member of the Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute and the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA). His education includes numerous classes in management and sales, and specialized programs at the Crane Institute of America and the SC&RA. |
