Ben leads the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) division, CoAdvantage's largest business unit, as its President and General Manager. Throughout his tenure Ben has restructured and redirected the business, accelerating its growth and market penetration while refining its business measurements and management systems. Ben has considerable depth of experience and expertise, having held a number of management executive positions within CoAdvantage including responsibility for operations and new client implementation, finance and accounting, business development, and sales. His ability to build relationships, motivate a team, and establish strong client relationships has been a strong contributing factor to CoAdvantage's phenomenal success.Prior to joining CoAdvantage, Ben held a number of positions in the Banking and Financial industries. As a Commercial Loan Officer and VP with United American Bank, he was responsible for driving significant growth in their business portfolio, and helped the bank expand it's presence in the Central Florida market place.Ben received his Banking training at SunTrust Bank, one of the country's leading M.A. programs, where he was recognized for his business acumen, leadership, and entrepreneurial strengths. Ben received his B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University and an Accounting Degree from the Cox School of Business. As a community leader, he is currently involved on a number of Boards and is a founding trustee of the Downtown Orlando Foundation. |
