Ben Watford is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. He is a member of the Securitisation and Structured Finance group where his practice focuses on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions with particular emphasis on securitisations.
His experience also includes advising on multi seller asset backed commercial paper conduits, PFI deals, various bond issuances and derivative transactions.
