Ben has been COO since 2002 leading a period of dramatic growth for the company. He is responsible for the tactical management and the management of day-to-day operations. Ben leads the business and key account development process and provides support to the primary functions of the organization as needed. Historically he has been responsible for initial and subsequent sale of products and services to several major and strategic accounts. Most recently Ben led IDSC�s entry into the 3PL market. In his 15 year career at IDSC, Ben has served in the rank and ultimately as the leader in all functions of the company. He�s served as a consultant to scores of truckload carriers and is frequently an invited speaker at industry functions.
