Benjamin Krieger has been a Class III Director of the Company since September 1999. Mr. Krieger was appointed as a member of the audit committee of the Company�s Board of Directors in May 2006. Mr. Krieger was elected to serve as a member of the executive committee of the Company�s Board of Directors in January 2004. Mr. Krieger is currently a partner with WhiteKnight Solutions, LLC, a business consulting firm that specializes in acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances. Mr. Krieger was formerly a partner with Corporate Development International, an international company search firm, where he specialized in the pulp and paper, packaging, graphic arts and distribution industries.
