Benjamin H. Shen CTO and Managing Director, Co-founder
Ben Shen has over 20 years experience in leading, designing and developing software systems for both industrial and government customers. He has taken part in full cycle development processes including requirement analysis, system and algorithmic designs, Graphical User Interface and database development, testing and documentation. For the most of the last 10 years, Mr. Shen has been heavily involved in developing simulation solutions employing standards such as the Distributed Interactive Simulation protocol and High Level Architecture.In 2003, he co-founded NewCastle Solutions and currently serves as CTO of the firm.Mr. Shen has co-authored and presented papers for the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization and the Interservice Industry Training Systems Education Conferences. His academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of S�o Paulo. |
