Bernard A. Francis Jr. is the Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Management. He is responsible for the coordination and direction of Susquehanna�s money management entities under the company�s Susquehanna Wealth Management brand. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Valley Forge Asset Management Corp. and Chief Investment Officer for Susquehanna Trust & Investment Co. both affiliates of Susquehanna Bancshares Inc. Mr. Francis holds responsibility for directing all investment services provided by Valley Forge and Susquehanna Trust & Investment Co. including the supervision and direction of all equity and fixed-income trading activities of the companies and assistance in the determination and coordination of its investment policy.
