Bernard ("Bo") Bollinger focuses his practice on bankruptcy matters in the Financial Solutions Practice Group in Los Angeles. He represents secured and unsecured creditors and debtors in various corporate reorganizations.
Mr. Bollinger is a member of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar (Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section). He is also a member of the Financial Lawyers Conference and the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum. He is currently one of the chairs of Buchalter Nemer's Financial Solutions Group.

In addition to writing, Mr. Bollinger has been a guest speaker for the Los Angeles County Bar (Real Property Section) concerning insolvency related real estate issues. He has also lectured on various insolvency related courses at Loyola Law School and Southwestern University School of Law. He was a guest speaker for the San Francisco Real Estate Roundtable presenting Out of Mind But No Longer of Sight Bankruptcy Issues Real Estate Professionals Will Soon Face.
Mr. Bollinger is active in numerous community based organizations, including Citrus Valley Health Partners, where he is a member of the board of directors. He also serves as the President of the Claremont Friends of the Library and was previously the Chair of the Citrus College Foundation board of directors.
Mr. Bollinger received his B.A. in English and Journalism from the University of Southern California in 1984 and his J.D. at Loyola Law School in 1987.
