Eric joined Optibrand's Board in August 2003. He brings a strong background in electronics, mechanical engineering and finance. Eric's experience includes work in the consulting practice of two Big 8 accounting firms, Touche Ross and Pricewaterhouse, where he was involved in their litigation business and designed enterprise software for agribusiness.
He also has experience working at two large corporations, Shell and IBM. At Shell, Eric was responsible for all accounting functions for their largest U.S. refinery. At IBM, Eric was the site controller for their Colorado Springs operation and ran the $330M manufacturing and materials operation. From 1990 - 1998, he served as Vice President of Operations at Advanced Energy in Fort Collins.
Since 2004, Eric has served as CFO of Ramtron, a public semiconductor company with worldwide operations. He has served on the Board of Ramtron since 1998. He also serves as a Board member on two other large companies, one of which is a large metal castings and foundry operation with multiple plants throughout the U.S. and Europe. |
